Welcome to the DigitalEve Seattle Mailing List adminstration page! To visit the main DigitalEve Seattle website, visit http://www.digitaleveseattle.org.
To unsubscribe or change your subscription options, scroll down to the bottom section of this page. Enter your subscription email address in the box, and click "Unsubscribe or edit options". Once you log in, you can manage your subscription in several ways, including:
* Changing your email address
* Changing to/from the digest version
* Changing which topics you want to receive email about (please stay subscribed to "admin" and "event" topics, as that is how the Steering Committee will communicate with you)
* Turning off email delivery temporarily (while on vacation, for instance) or permanently (you can still use the Archives, see below)
To subscribe, please read the list guidelines and approved subject headers, which can be found at http://www.digitaleveseattle.org/guidelines.htm. Then read the rest of this page, scroll down, and subscribe. Please include your full name when you subscribe. We try to avoid letting spammers onto the list, and including your full name allows us to have more confidence that you are someone who wants to participate in the list, rather than a spammer.
Please note that all new list members are "moderated". Your first post to the list will be held until a list manager can review it, which usually takes less than 24 hours. That way we can help you with proper formatting and make sure you're a real person (we have a serious dislike for trolls and spammers!). You don't have to make your first post right away ... feel free to wait until you're comfortable! If you want to make one right away, we suggest it be an introduction of yourself to the group at large, following the list guidelines set forth below.
Also, please remember that every message posted to the mailing list must contain a properly formatted message header. A list of headers can be found on the list guidelines page (see above).
If you need assistance with the mailing list, send a message to listadmin@digitaleveseattle.org. Please note that you can change most options yourself by logging in - scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button that says "Unsubscribe or edit list options" to do that.
If you wish to make a complaint about list activity or a list member, send a message to mediator@digitaleveseattle.org.
If you wish to contact the DigitalEve Seattle Steering Committee, use the contact form at http://www.digitaleveseattle.org/contact_sc/index.php.
