Please view and become familiar with our list guidelines and approved subject headers, which can be found at http://www.digitaleveseattle.org/guidelines.htm. If you need assistance with the mailing list, send a message to listadmin@digitaleveseattle.org. If you wish to make a complaint about list activity or a list member, send a message to mediator@digitaleveseattle.org. If you wish to contact the Steering Committee, send an e-mail to sc-list@digitaleveseattle.org. Also, remember that you can change your own list options to be 1) regular list 2) digest list or 3) no-mail, which still allows you to read all of the messages via our Web-based archive system. To access your personal settings go to the bottom of this page and enter your e-mail addres, then push the "Unsubscribe or Edit Options" button. You may also choose to only receive posts about certain topics by visiting your personal options page. This may be a better option than the digest for many of you who want lower volume than the main list offers or only want to view specific topics. We do request that you sign up for both the (admin) and (event) topics, in addition to whatever else you choose, as that's how the DigitalEve Seattle Steering Committee will communicate with you. Lastly, please remember that every message posted to the mailing list must contain a properly formatted message header. A list of headers can be found on the list guidelines page. Using DEList
To post a message to all the list members, send email to delist@digitaleveseattle.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to DEList
Subscribe to DEList by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
