About mwab-announcements	English (USA)
The Baltimore Chapter of the Maryland Writer's Association, co-sponsored by the CityLit Project and the Write Here, Write Now workshops at the Creative Alliance, serves writers of all kinds in the Baltimore area. MWA members and non-members alike are invited to attend our monthly meetings, which are on the fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00. We try to have meetings at various locations around Baltimore to better reach everyone. The MWAB-Announcements list is used to announce upcoming MWA events, to share unaffiliated events of interest to writers such as book festivals, and member news such as new publications or public readings/signings. You are encouraged to share information that falls into these categories, but we ask that you do not solicit business directly on the list or post long messages (feel free to provide links in such cases). The rule of thumb is: if there's a dollar sign in it, leave it out and provide a link instead. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the mwab-announcements Archives. Using mwab-announcements
To post a message to all the list members, send email to mwab-announcements@mwabaltimore.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to mwab-announcements
Subscribe to mwab-announcements by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
