[geeklog-devel] Unused files

I noticed that we seem to have some files that aren't really used any more:

include/upload.class.php
This is the old upload class which has now been replaced with system/
classes/upload.class.php, so I assume it's safe to remove it?

etc/httpd.conf
Any reason why we carry this around?

etc/anonymous_user_cleanup.php
I assume this is needed to upgrade from very old versions (1.1)? If so,
then maybe we could move it to another directory?

Just trying to reduce the clutter a bit ...
