[geeklog-devel] 1.3.8 bugfix release

I'd only be concerned with those who might ask 'what does sr stand 
for'.  I think if you went with 1.3.8-1 for this weekend and 1.3.8-1sr1 
should a security patch be made avaiable that would be fine and still 
consistent with what we did in the past.
