[geeklog-devel] gplugs

Gplugs is slow -- sf.net is slow during the day expecially. One of the
reasons that the main site moved. I am not exactly sure what will happen to
gplugs when the move is complete. L Whitworth has offered to host it also.
Lets just wait and see a little.
