I am about 80% complete with the search class and making it feature 
compatible with 1.3.7sr1.  I have been struggling, however, with the 
recent changes supporting expanded searches and paging.  So here is what 
I would like to do.

Before the weekend I would like to check-in to CVS the new code with 
expanded search results for stories only working (this isn't really 
needed by the links, events, etc, IMHO).  The one thing that will not be 
included yet is the paging feature added.  The main reason is the code 
was a bit confusing and more thought on how to do paging when searching 
all sorts of plugins in addition to the core GL items.

 From there I'll be adding in full text searching support and, possibly, 
the paging stuff once you all have had a chance to play with it a bit.

Dirk, any problems you have with this approach?
