[geeklog-devel] Custom user attributes in GL2

I think plugin dependencies should be evaluated (and "asserted") at
install/upgrade/uninstall time.  That way we won't have to keep
anything in the DB.  And we'll be operating fairly safely.  Plugins of
course will have to figure out for themselves what dependencies they
require.
