[geeklog-devel] Upgrade of forum on geeklog.net

I will be installing the latest 2.3RC3 forum code on geeklog.net today. Well actually in the next hour.
Most of the bugs should now be worked out but would like to test it for a week on geeklog.net.

I'll make a backup of the files first if for any reason we need to go back.

I'll post a new topic in the forum once complete.
