[geeklog-devel] GL2 update

Seem to be doing pretty well.  I can build the schema.xml from a
database.  Any hints on how to build the classes from the schema?  I'm
trying the phing -Dproject=bookstore, and I can't find the classes
anywhere.  I know I'm missing something...
