That's because {start_storylink_anchortag} now contains a complete link
instead of only the opening <a> tag, as the name suggests ...

And speaking of comments: Anonymous comments now display as

    Authored by: on ...

i.e. without the "Anonymous". Unless you're looking at them via their
permalink, then it's

    Authored by: {author_link} on ...
