Hi all,

currently the story icons (Topic icons) are set to left or right with 
the config.php setting and a <img aling="left/right"...>
I propose to change it to CSS, assign a class to the topic icons and 
float them right or left according to the CSS settings.
This would help additional formatting of the images through the class 
(story_topic_icon or similar) and also allow more flexibility when 
changing layouts.
A change of layouts could then also move the icon to the other side or 
position it wherever necessary.

Also, I would rather use a float-class to float normal story images to 
the right or left instead of using <img aling="left/right"...> for 
similar reasons.
Normal, Left or right floated images could have different styles 
depending on the CSS used.

Any objections?
