Geeklog 1.5 CVS install

I recently installed the CVS version and got thru the install fairly easily without a hitch, however after the last page that came
up that said everything was good to go, I clicked on the home page to bring it up and got this error

Unfortunately, an error has occurred rendering this page. Please try again later.

So I looked in the error.log file and it read this, and does anyone know how to fix this.  I cannot find any file by that
request.php file anywhere's on the server.

The error is:
