Actually, isn't that the whole point of the bounties? To have someone
else implement something that would be nice to have but that we didn't
find the time to do ourselves? Considering that you won't know in
advance when or even if somebody's going to pick up the task, this is
just perfect for anything that's not mission critical. And let's hope
they have some fun along the way, since the payment is only a small
compensation.

Which is the whole point of me pushing to stop adding new features and
finishing what we have started elsewhere. You should have no problems at
all to find quotes for my position on that ... Plus a few where I argued
that we should try and move to a shorter release cycle.
