[geeklog-devel] On to the next release

I re-emerged the the whole thing now and upgradeed a std. 141 to CVS.

I do not get _any_ errors. The plugins simply do not upgrade.
However, if I do the upgrade then manually, it works fine. I will have 
to debug it.
