[geeklog-devel] Anonymous CVS access

As I don't use CVS style archives normally, it didn't dawn on me that 
ext: means an external ssh program. As I'm on windows, I don't really 
have an external ssh. So changing that to ssh: solved my problem. 
Perhaps the CVS page might mention that for CVS noobs like myself.

And this links/functions.inc is from sept 11. Much better.
