[geeklog-devel] Configuration GUI on PHP 4?

Can anyone confirm that the configuration GUI works on PHP 4?

Whenever I try to make a change via admin/configuration.php (anything),
I get a

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in .../system/classes/
config.class.php on line 504

and the change is not saved. Works fine on my other box with PHP 5.
These are fresh installs from CVS from this morning.
