The links all go to an anchor on config.html that is 'desc_' + the name
of the $_CONF variable, e.g.

    http://www.geeklog.net/docs/config.html#desc_rdf_limit

I think we can keep most of the explanations there. Just remove a few
places where the text refers to config.php.
