[geeklog-devel] Dropline menu and the DTD

Here's something to remember for future 1.5 theme authors: If you're
going back to a Transitional DTD (now that Professional is "Strict"),
you need to use the long form of the DOCTYPE declaration that includes
the URL to the DTD:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

With the short form, the dropline simply didn't show up (at least not in
Firefox and Safari). Took me a while to figure that one out ...
