[geeklog-devel] Upgrade function of the bundled plugins

If we find a maintainer, I wouldn't mind unbundling Links, Polls, or the
Calendar.

Which means that we would need these functions again _then_. But I don't
see the point of keeping them around now. Unless I'm missing something?
