I think we have all spent time searching for icons and have tried to find
them using google or from our bookmarked and have then had to figure out the
licensing. Some of us have even paid to have icons created or created them
yourself.

One of the developer oriented blogs, I follow posted this resource and it's
the best search tool I have seen and wanted to share.
