do you have a library in mind for the social networking?
http://retroshare.sf.net  is a decentral social network / web of
trust, which has a qt gui.

Maybe you want to use this standard library and make a php gui? so
that it is webbased and integrated into geeklog?

If you like to test it, you need to swap the gnupgp certificate,
please send yours.
