Buddhika,

Of course you grab the source code and install it on your computer. That is
what open source is all about!

You'll need to have apache and mysql installed. Then you download the
current release <http://www.geeklog.net/filemgmt/viewcat.php?cid=8> or get
the current development version by downloading the nightly tarball or by
using Mercurial <http://www.geeklog.net/staticpages/index.php/CVS>.

There are also install instructions

as well as delivered with the source code.
