Yep.

I went through parts of the open issues and already identified 20+ patches lurking there. So I'd say anything that helps to make them more visible is a good thing. It must be frustrating for those who submitted those patches in the first place when we let them sit for months.

Help in reviewing the patches is welcome, btw :)
