[geeklog-devel] 1.8.1

I think bug #1368[1] is enough of a reason to roll out a 1.8.1  
maintenance release soon-ish. The changes so far[2] did not introduce  
any changes in the database, templates, or language files. If we keep  
it that way, an upgrade should be relatively painless.

The only risky change is the support for MySQLi - this hasn't really  
been tested.

Thoughts?
