[geeklog-devel] Other plugins (was: Future of the Forum plugin)

I remember I was looking for an important feature when I tried
Downloads plugin, the ability to store files outside the web root. And
neither Downloads plugin nor the filemgmt plugin does. It would be
really appreciable.
