[geeklog-devel] Mantis update

In case you ran into any errors on our bugtracker during the last hour or so - those were since I just installed a Mantis update. I also had to mess with the database a bit to get the user management back into a working state. Looks like I also fixed the signup for new users in the process.

Let me know if you experience any other problems now.
