I have tested OpenId but have yet to try Oauth.

 

All of my topic stuff for MSSQL and PGSQL have yet to be tested as well.

I've merged the password_update into the HEAD branch. The only things left
untested are MSSQL, PGSQL, openid, and oauth (unless Tom finished those
two).
