Okay thanks.
I will remove the testSetTid function since the story class doesn't set it's
topic ids anymore (that gets passed to a function in the topic library that
handles all the saving). I will have to write up a few tests for the topic
library.

Not in Jenkins - it's only running the unit tests, you can't change them
there.
You need to check out the test-framework project:

There's a README included that explains how to set things up.
