1. Story id change:
When admin user change story id, topic_assignments story id is not changed.

2. Story copy
Topic mode is not copied.

3. Static Page copy
Topic mode is not copied.

4. Topic:
* All
* Homepage Only
* Without Homepage ....(I hope. How about this...)
* Select Topic
