Okay,

We only have 2 bugs left that I know of now:

1) nested comments not displaying properly in modern_curve and
professional_css

2) Seems to be still a bunch of E_ALL fixes to be made in the comment code.
You have to change the config options Comment on Same Page? (?) and 
Show Comments at Replying? (?) to get them all to happen.

The comment edit form will now not display at all if the title is an array,
empty or equal to false. It assumes that if there is no title then the item
the user wishes to comment on does not exist or that they do not have access
to it.
