I have now updated the Geeklog repository so the next version of Geeklog
will be 2.1.0.

I just remembered that jQuery and jQuery UI should be updated to the latest
version before the first RC release.

I simply deleted the old 2.1.0 version and renamed 2.0.1 to 2.1.0. There
were 3 issues with a target release of (the old) 2.1.0 that I had to
manually update afterwards.

Not elegant, but seems to have done the trick :)
