I gave priority to propose a basic Top Bar.
We would need to further improve the feature and style of the Top Bar.

Yes, I am aware. It will be more optimized.
In order to remove these files, we need to modify the preview feature on
editting of articles and user profiles.
For preview rendering, we will should use the normal theme instead of the
admin theme.
