[geeklog-devtalk] Administering User Accounts as an User-Admin

Hello,

    I'd like user-admins to have the ability to view/edit all the preferences
and settings associated with a user account, so that when less technical
users get into a bind with their customizations, or admins need to change
something on their behalf, that it's easy to do without going into the db.

Was there a particular reason that anyone can think of, why the admin
shouldn't be able to change any and all user settings from the user admin
page?

If there's no reason not to and you have a preference for doing this one
way vs. another, let me know and I'd be happy to make the tweak and
submit it for review.   Ultimately, I'd prefer to run with a stock gl core.
