[geeklog-devtalk] I would like to join the development

I am going to concentrate on 1.3.10 development for now,

I will start with a couple of bugs then I will propose a couple of 
ideas I have.

If you can think of any pressing issues. email me.

I am going to set up a development environment on my new office machine 
and then i will get started.
