[geeklog-devtalk] CVS password

It's just how I set it up.  I don't forsee any changes to that either.  
We are researching a possible switch to subversion if not for the 1.3.x 
code then definitely for 2.0.  When we are ready for that switch I'll 
try to make sure Subversion doesn't give you the same headache ;-)
