[geeklog-devtalk] Bug Fixes

Magic_quotes_gpc is on on my server. Just turned it off with magic .htaccess
and the slashes still work nicely. I'm somewhat confused now, because the
html escaping is broken. Even with magic_quotes_gpc back on.

So I'm not sure what I've done to re-break that I'll take a look tonight.
Got to go to work now. Sigh.

Michael,

Did you make sure to test with magic_quotes_gpc both enabled and disabled?
Just wanted to make sure as some previous attempts to fix one of those bugs
(one or the other, I forget which) only fixed it in one case.  Geeklog
obviously needs to work in both cases.

Hopefully I'll get a chance to examine your code soon and have more useful
feedback to provide.
