I hate adding stuff to config.php, but maybe a config option should be
added to enable story deletion upon a "death date" (this, of course,
in addition to the DB and code changes)? That way we won't get lots
(I'm sure we'll still get a few) of complaints about stories
disappearing off peoples sites?
