A tarball for 1.3.10rc2 is available from

I've already installed it on geeklog.net, but I'd like to hear at least
one report from someone else, please, before I actually release it.

Unless there are any unforseen problems, I'd like to give this rc a
slightly longer test period (say, 2 weeks). We also need to give the
translators some time to catch up.

I will also be offline most of the first week of November, so taking all
this into account, the earliest release date for the final 1.3.10 would
be on the weekend of 6th/7th of November.

I just did an install from this tarbal and will be using it as my base to 
test the migration of portalparts.com (running at 1.3.8+)
