I'm in the middle of upgrading to apache2 on my colo server.  I'm also 
taking this time to patch a few out-of-date packages.  CVS should still 
work minus the web viewer.  project.geeklog.net will be down, though.  
I'll update when it comes back up.

Upgrade is done.  I have other patches to do but they shouldn't effect 
anything noticeable.  We are now running apache2, php4.3.10 and upgrades 
to both postgres and mysql were made but their exact versions escape me 
(and I'm too tired/lazy to look now).
