[geeklog-devtalk] feature request: external links open new windows

I would like it if Geeklog opened a new window whenever a link to another site was clicked.  If for some reason I linked to the absolute path of a page on my site instead of using a relative path, GL would have to determine if that is still a local page or an external page.
