We could easily introduce a central spam log like mtblacklist. All the
code is there to import an rss feed containing the spam list. That is
how mtblacklist is distributed and we could do the same. All that would
need to be done is choose a server to host the rss feed and develop a
couple of utilities to add to it. I do think that like the mtblacklist
the entries should be moderated. I already have rough geeklog admin
pages to add and delete entries from a rss feed. I am not volunteering
to moderate the central blacklist, but I could provide the code to do
it. Its already written.
