Biggest change is I complete gutted the XML parsing to use the XML DOM
and xPath. I also added the ability to compile the XML config to a PHP
file that has a single array holding the configuration data. The file
location of the compiled file is the same folder the XML config is...at
this time that location can't be overridden (though I'm sure someone
will want it to be).
I'm using the same package at work and it seems to work just fine on a
fairly small project.
