[geeklog-devtalk] HTML area for Geeklog

It is not really a plug in as it is about 4 lines of code to install it
it.

I was thinking that it would be a good option, but if this recent
development is a problem, there are other WYSIWYG editors out there.
There seems to be a large list on
http://www.htmlarea.com/directory/WYSIWYG_Editors/index.html , but I
have not looked through it

I think this would be a good step for the usability of GL for the
general public. I know that most people who are regular non HTML users
can find the static pages editor daunting.

I think Mambo uses, http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/

It is too bad about HTML area, the image upload manager plugins let
you edit or crop photos in the browser using GD or netpbm and upload
them right to the server.

It was pretty handy,

what do people think about including an basic editor, in the core GL
code, or is that a distraction from the core of GL.
