Personally, I don't want to see an html editor for stories.  I don't even
want to see html.

Ideally, the story editor will 100% use BBCode.  Yea I know that's a
standard for forums, but as far as stories are concerned, it's just an
article right?  Just text with some extra formatting.  Add the html editor
to staticpages since they're meant for going beyond the scope of just
writing an article.
