[geeklog-devtalk] fight Comment spam

I had a couple of ideas.

1) Mark posts from anonymous users as "questionable" if they contain a URL.
2) Only display "questionable" posts to logged in, registered members (i.e.
not bots, or the spammer)
3) Allow "trusted" members the ability to mark a comment as "spam" if it was
questionable. Trusted could be fairly open. Anyone you are sure isn't a
spammer under disguise, someone who isn't going to go crazy too.
4) Any url posted twice by anonymous users automaticaly marks all posts with
that url as spam, for review.

I'm sure there are problems there. But it's an idea.
