[geeklog-modules] Valid HTML 4.01/CSS 2

Vincent, wtih GL2 we'll probably put processes in place that require a
theme/pluging to be compliant before they are posted to our site. Now
that doesn't mean they still can't be released but we won't consider them
'official'
