[geeklog-modules] Forms Requirements

Here's my comments.  Be gentle.  Even though I have some experience with these types
of "forms", I consider myself a geeklog rookie.  (I should probably better temper my
opinions then, eh?)

I did this from a client-site on one of their computers, so my comments may not
identify me correctly.  I think they may show up as "Information Technology"
