[geeklog-translations] Error in Japanese language files 1.3.9sr1

Hi,

In the Japanese and Japanese_utf-8 files with geeklog 1.3.9sr1, the text
for the "delete story" button shown when editing a story
(admin/story.php?mode=edit&sid=xxx) is wrong - the text actually shown is
for "return to administration panel".
