[geeklog-translations] Chinese language files

Hi Dirk,

Thanks for catching the errors.  I should have tested before sending them
out.  I've also found more errors and corrected them, and packaged the files
with the installation translations.  I uploaded the package to the
Geeklog.net file manager so that the beta tester can download and test them
out if they want to.

Thanks, already added to CVS.

Both files had a missing single quote in the 'cookie_name' entry (or
thereabouts) for $LANG_confignames['Core'], btw. I was able to repair it,
though.
