[geeklog-users] Empty RDF

I have 2 sites, both running Geeklog 1.3.7sr1 and neither one has an RDF file with anything in it. I have double checked all the permissions and the paths in the cfg and everythings fine. I also checked my error log and theres nothing there about it not being able to access the rdf file. Any clues as to what im doing wrong here?
